Tailored Cancellation Guidelines

Dedicated Remote Staffing (Full-Time/Part-Time Roles):
If you need to discontinue a staffing arrangement, we require a 14-day written notice. Any hours worked by your assigned staff during this period will be billed accordingly.

Project-Based Outsourcing (Admin Support, Customer Service, etc.):
Cancellations require a 14-day notice. Work completed up to your cancellation date will be billed based on agreed milestones or hourly rates.

Monthly Retainer Packages:
For ongoing service packages (e.g., Virtual Assistant, Data Entry, Tech Support), a 30-day written notice is required. Prepaid fees for the next billing cycle are non-refundable.

Recruitment & Onboarding Services:
Initial recruitment and onboarding fees are non-refundable once the hiring process has begun, due to the time and resources invested.

Service Onboarding & Setup Fees

Upfront setup or initiation fees apply to specialized talent acquisition, such as IT professionals, developers, executive virtual assistants, or custom team builds. These fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.

How to Cancel

To cancel a service, please email us at support@omegaremotestaff.com with the following:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • The specific service(s) you wish to cancel

  • A brief explanation (optional, but appreciated)

Refunds and What to Expect

We process eligible refunds within 15 business days of cancellation approval. Please note:

  • Refunds are not issued for work already delivered or completed.

  • Third-party software, tools, or recruitment platforms used on your behalf are non-refundable.

  • Onboarding, training, or setup charges are also non-refundable once initiated.

Unforeseen Circumstances

We understand life and business can be unpredictable. In cases of natural disasters, political disruptions, or unforeseen technical issues, we’ll do our best to adjust timelines or provide alternative staffing options. However, some delays or changes may be unavoidable.
